• Must be 18 to enter.

• Winners must be eligible to receive prizes under all applicable federal and state laws.

• If a prize firearm configuration is not compliant in a winner's local area, the raffle organizer will substitute a prize or approximately equal cost. The firearm will be refunded to the raffle organizer.

• If the winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws, the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. Raffle items not picked up or shipped within 30 days of raffle end will be redrawn 1 time, and then if not picked up within 30 additional days will forfeited to the charity.

• Taxes and out-of-state transfer fees will be covered. Prizes are non-transferable. Entry constitutes consent for the use of the name of the winners.

Drawn daily by Coastal Defense, Auburn Maine at 12 pm. Need not be present to win.
