Jay Wadleigh joined IAM Union in 1987 while working at Bath Iron Works as a member of Local S6 in Bath Maine. As a member he served as a Shop Steward as well as both Vice President and President of Local S6. In 2016, Jay joined District 4 as a Business Representative, and now serves as the Directing Business Representative where he leads the District 4 Staff and serves our members in a variety of duties including, contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and advocacy. Jay works out of the Region 1 office in Lisbon Maine, overseeing staff in both regions and representing workers at the Mare Island Dry Dock, Bath Iron Works shipyards,legal aides at McTeague Higbee Law Firm, and municipal workers for the City of Bath and Towns of Topsham and Wiscasset.

Region 2

Mark Duval joined IAM Union in 2007 while working at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station as a member of Local 4 in Lexington Park, Maryland, where he served as a Shop Steward, a member of his negotiations committee, and as Secretary/Treasurer and Delegate to District 4 for his local . In July of 2012, Mark joined District 4 as a Business Representative,and now serves as the Assistant Directing Business Representative where he leads the Region 2 staff and serves our members in a variety of duties including, contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and advocacy. Mark works out of the Local 4 office in Lexington Park, Maryland, and represents workers at  the Patuxent River Naval Air Station,Seabrook Solutions, DRG, DSC, Kay and Associates, PKL Services, Yulista Contract Services, Proven Management, LLC, JLAN Solutions,  and IAM Union’s W3 Center for Technology and Education.

Danny Loudermilk Jr. joined IAM Union while working at Bath Iron Works as a member of Local S7  in Bath, Maine. As a member he served as a Shop Steward, District Delegate, President of Local S7, Recording Secretary for District 4, and President of District 4. Daniel “Ski” Grzemkowski joined IAM Union while working as an aircraft mechanic at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station as a member of Local 4 in Lexington Park, Maryland and served as a Shop Steward and Secretary-Treasurer. In May of 2024, Ski joined District 4 as a Business Representative, where he serves our members in a variety of duties including, contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and advocacy. Bonna McCarthy joined IAM Union while working at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home where she organized her workplace in 2018, joining Local 4 in  Lexington Park, Maryland. As a member she served as Chief Steward and served on her unit’s bargaining committee. In 2023, Bonna joined District 4 as a Business Representative, where she serves our members in a variety of duties including, contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and advocacy. Bonna works out of the Region 2 office in Millersville, Maryland, and represents healthcare workers at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, manufacturers at GAF Roofing and Southern Galvanizing Company, custodians at Bolana Enterprises and Melwood, warehouse workers at Financial & Realty Services, LLC,, technicians at TRAX International, aircraft mechanics at C2 Technologies Inc., retail workers at Apple, and library workers at Baltimore County Public Libraries.

Dominique Nally joined IAM Union in April of 2010 while working at Hertz as a Journeyman Auto Mechanic and a member of Local 1486 in D.C. Metropolitan area. As a member he served as a Shop Steward, and as Trustee, Communicator, Recording Secretary, and President of his local. In February of 2025, Dom joined District 4 as a Business Representative, where he serves our members in a variety of duties including, contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and advocacy. Dom works out of the Region 2 office in Millersville, Maryland, and represents mechanics at Baltimore Truck Center, UPS, Avis Car Rental, Giant Foods, Hertz, and Penske, warehouse workers at IKEA, and first level supervisors at the York County Prison.

Virginia Olsen joined IAM Union as a 5th-generation lobsterman and member of the Maine Lobstering Union, Local 207 where she served as Secretary/Treasurer and Recording Secretary. In 2020, Virginia joined District 4 as an Organizer, where she supports workers as they organize their workplaces and build collective power. She also serves as an Executive Liaison and Political Director working with Local 207, where she advocates for Maine’s fishing industry. Virginia supports workers in a wide variety of industries and professions throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
